What You'll Do:

Assist in constructing agricultural barns, residential barndominiums, and industrial/commercial projects Work with high-quality, engineered pole structures and materials Operate safely on ladders, roofs, and varying weather conditions Support site setup, framing, and finishing tasks with attention to detail Collaborate with foremen, crew members, and subcontractors to complete projects on time

Pay & Incentives:

$18-$22/hr base pay, plus performance bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Schedule & Location:

Full-time role based out of Hamlet, NC. Work is primarily outdoors with varied conditions.

Must-Haves:

Valid driver's license + reliable insured vehicle Hand tools and tool belt for daily use 2+ years of experience in construction (preferred) Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended hours Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
