Construction Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, experienced construction laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks and possess knowledge of using both hand and power tools. Drivers license required

Duties:

• Perform installation tasks such as buffing, restoring, fixture installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, and floor care.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installation projects efficiently.
• Conduct water damage restoration tasks as needed.
• Execute cabinet installations with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle tile laying projects ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform fixture installations according to specifications.
• Carry out floor care duties including maintenance and repair.
• Utilize skills in water damage restoration when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installation tasks such as buffing, restoring, fixture installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, and floor care.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various installation projects.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in all installations.
• Previous experience in maintenance person tasks is a plus.
