Job Description
Overview We have a very specific need for our real estate management department. We have a number of houses under renovation at any given time. Most of the work we sub out. There are always a number of tasks it is painful to sub. We are looking for someone who can do a broad number of tasks well to help tie our jobs together and finish them up. Responsibilities Do a great job adapting to a number of carpentry, painting, finish, and touch-up jobs. That's it. Experience A track record of finish work in construction/renovation We pay weekly. We pay on time. If you work hard, nobody will micro-manage you. If you don't work hard, you won't last the first week.
