Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, from heavy lifting to precise finishing work. Your hands-on contribution will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with the installation of formwork, and concrete pouring to support structural integrity. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor for material transport, site cleanup, and equipment setup. Conduct demolition, renovation, restoration, and framing activities as needed on-site. Assist with erosion control. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction safety protocols. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with heavy equipment operation are highly desirable. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete forming systems, and concrete pumping equipment. Capable of performing heavy lifting safely for extended periods; physically fit for demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred; ability to operate heavy machinery required in some roles.
