In this energetic role, you will assist with various phases of pool construction, from site preparation to finishing touches. Your hands-on work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional results for our clients, ensuring safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship at every step. Duties Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal to ensure a clean and safe work environment Set up and operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and trowels to facilitate construction tasks Support the installation of pool structures including concrete forms, plumbing systems, and steel reinforcement Help with the placement and finishing of concrete for pool shells and surrounding decks, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper curing Aid in the installation of pool accessories such as filters, pumps, lighting fixtures, and decking materials Follow construction plans to accurately execute project specifications Maintain a clean work site by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials safely and efficiently Skills Experience with construction site activities including excavation, framing, masonry, or concrete finishing Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, or roofing related to pool construction is desirable Proficiency using hand tools and power tools essential for daily tasks Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards on construction sites Ability to interpret technical drawings such as blueprints or schematics for precise work execution Skills in fabrication, carpentry (including trim carpentry), stucco application, caulking, tile laying or masonry are advantageous Knowledge of restoration techniques or glass installation can be beneficial for specialized tasks Join us in building beautiful pools that bring joy and relaxation!
