Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Lead Construction Worker and be a vital part of building and renovating structures that make a difference. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential renovations, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects by performing a variety of physical tasks, operating tools, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive projects forward efficiently and effectively. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including setting up work areas. Operate hand tools, power tools, and work safely to perform tasks such as framing, trim, cabinetry, and tile work. Install rebar, form concrete structures. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans; interpret technical drawings for various trades, including carpentry and metal stud framing, not necessarily, but a bonus. Perform demolition, restoration, renovation work, and installation of flooring, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, and painting. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper posture; assist with heavy equipment operation when required. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, tile work, painting, trim, cabinetry, and laying different types of flooring. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, and tile or flooring installation Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety protocols Valid driver's license; Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Join us in building high-quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
