Construction Laborer / General Laborer (Full-Time)

We are hiring a Construction Laborer / General Laborer to support our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working on commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. We're looking for someone reliable who's ready to work, learn, and grow in the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general labor and construction laborer duties on active job sites Assist with site preparation, demolition, and clean-up Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled trades (carpentry, framing, concrete, etc.) Operate hand tools and power tools safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, working outdoors) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Experience with construction tools and equipment is a plus (but not required)
