Job Description

We're Hiring Field Techs - No Experience Needed Looking for real work, real pay, and a team that backs you? Independent Restoration Services is growing fast and we need sharp, dependable guys to join the crew.
What You'll Do:
Support fire, water, and mold restoration jobs Set up equipment and clean up job sites Move furniture and protect home contents Tear out drywall, flooring, and damaged materials Work with your crew + talk to homeowners Learn the business from the ground up
What We're Looking For:
Hard worker who shows up on time Good with your hands, good with people Problem-solver, fast learner, team player Background in construction, general labor, or the trades is a plus
