The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength and dexterity, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Duties Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and construction work, such as tiling, flooring, framing, drywall installation, painting and more. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in the installation, repair, or maintenance of structures or equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is required. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
