Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and Laborer, where your energy and dedication will contribute to building and restoring structures that make a difference. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial developments, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll be an essential part of a collaborative environment that values safety, quality, and growth. All positions are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute assigned duties accurately Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing Support specialized trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, welding, plastering, stucco application, and glass or cabinet installation Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Assist with demolition, restoration projects, heavy equipment operation, and site cleanup as needed Skills
MUST BE ABLE TO READ A MEASURING TAPE
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation on construction sites Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with construction inspection procedures to maintain quality standards Practical skills in carpentry (including trim carpentry and door hanging), masonry, roofing, stucco application, concrete forming & finishing Ability to perform construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, fabrication work, caulking, plastering, masonry repairs & restoration projects Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to work effectively in diverse construction environments Join us in building excellence! Pay:
$10.00 - $25.00 per hour
