Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various construction tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute assigned duties accurately Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing Support specialized trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, welding, plastering, stucco application, and glass or cabinet installation Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Assist with demolition, restoration projects, heavy equipment operation, and site cleanup as needed Skills
