Skilled Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks, assist with construction, maintenance, and repair projects, and support the overall operations on the jobsite. Responsibilities Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on-site Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a tidy work area Support team members in completing project deadlines and quality standards Follow detailed instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks Skills Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance work (nice-to-have) Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for consistent attendance

Pay:

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
