Block Plant Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards in a dynamic work environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe, functional and organized workspace. Dispose of bad product from the production line, loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain the block yard dree from trash and debris. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site. Other duties as assigned. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices at all times. Ability to work with little supervision and prioritize tasks and perform them in a timely manner. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, grasp, talk, hear and have good vision. Overtime may be necessary to meet a production or work deadline. Shift Monday - Friday, 7AM - 7PM based on production needs
