Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Groundman / General Laborer to assist with site operations focused in stream restoration work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating chainsaws and other hand tools, with the ability to support daily field activities efficiently and safely. Experience operating track trucks or mini excavators is a plus , but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor duties to support site operations and crews. Safely operate and maintain chainsaws and other hand tools for clearing, cutting, or ground work. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor. Support equipment operators and crew members as directed. Qualifications Previous experience in a general labor, construction, or site support role preferred. Experience with chainsaws and other hand tools required. Experience operating track trucks or mini excavators is a plus , but not mandatory. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
