Landscape Installer / Outdoor Construction Technician Winston-Salem, NC Job Details Full-time From $19 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Carpentry Landscaping Working on construction projects Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our installation crew. This role includes a mix of landscape planting, outdoor construction, and hardscape installation. We focus on clean, well-built projects and take pride in the details. What You'll Do Install plants, trees, and shrubs with proper layout and spacing Assist with construction of decks, patios, retaining walls, and outdoor features Install pavers, stone, and other hardscape materials Help with grading, drainage, and site preparation Maintain a clean and organized job site Work as part of a small, efficient crew to complete projects on schedule What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping, construction, or related field preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily Reliable transportation to and from job sites Bonus Experience (Not Required) Hardscape installation (pavers, walls, stone) Carpentry (decks, framing) Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator) Irrigation or lighting installation What You Can Expect Steady, consistent work Opportunity to learn higher-end installation techniques Small team environment (not a big production crew) Clear expectations and room to grow Pay Based on experience and skill level Opportunity for advancement as responsibility increases If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a team building quality outdoor spaces, we'd like to talk.
