As a Construction Laborer, you'll contribute to the successful completion of construction projects by performing essential tasks that support skilled trades and ensure safety and efficiency on site. Great summer job for high school/college individual looking for summer employment with a variety of tasks. Duties Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools and hand tools for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry Prepare and set up construction sites by installing rebar, formwork, or scaffolding as needed for concrete pouring or masonry work Support concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry tasks to ensure high-quality results Perform demolition, restoration, or renovation work with attention to detail while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or metal stud framing is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete pumping, welding, plastering, or tile installation to expand your expertise This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact project success.
