Job Description
River Rock Property is a locally owned property management and construction company providing high-quality service to residents and property owners in Fargo/Moorhead and the surrounding areas. We manage and maintain rental homes, twinhomes, and apartments — and we're growing our construction team! We are looking for a full-time Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team. Roles & Responsibilities Perform general construction labor duties including lifting, carrying, loading/unloading, and site cleanup. Assist skilled tradespeople with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing building materials. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Help with demolition, framing, concrete work, and other construction tasks as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to support projects from start to finish. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition. Adhere to all company and job site safety policies. Take on additional tasks outside of construction work as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements Previous construction, carpentry, or labor experience preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work. Strong work ethic and reliability — shows up on time and ready to work. Team player with a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
