Installation Laborer

Fence Installation Laborer - Seasonal $22/hr Monday - Friday Job Description Join a dedicated team as an Installation Laborer, where you will contribute to the installation of various fencing types across residential and commercial sites. You will work closely within a team, under the supervision of an experienced lead, ensuring quality and efficiency in all installations. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of chain link and wood fences, following client designs. Utilize tools such as post hole diggers, shovels, and digging bars to prepare installation sites. Prepare and stage materials and tools for each job, ensuring everything needed is loaded into the truck. Support installations, perform quality checks, and oversee job progression. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Perform construction tasks including measuring, cutting, nailing, and setting concrete. Work outdoors in various climates and environments. Essential Skills General labor skills Proficient use of tape measure and power tools Valid driver's license Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card Clean driving record for vehicle insurance Experience in fence installation and repair Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working outdoors Skills in concrete, underground, and carpentry work Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor Why Work Here? Work Environment Work takes place in residential neighborhoods and commercial construction sites. You will be part of a family-owned company, working mainly outdoors and subject to weather conditions, including hot summers and wet fall seasons. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
