Job Summary:

Agri Industries Inc is seeking dependable General Laborers to support our operations in agricultural and industrial environments. This role involves assisting skilled trades, performing manual labor tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, irrigation technicians, underground construction crews, water well drillers, and other skilled trades as neededPerform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, digging, lifting, and site cleanupOperate basic hand and power tools safelyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all company safety policies and OSHA standardsSupport setup and breakdown of job sitesTravel to various job sites as requiredComplete tasks as directed by supervisors and crew leads

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious construction or labor experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamCommitment to safety and attention to detailPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual laborValid and current drivers license (required)

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments, including agricultural facilities, industrial sites, and construction locations. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
