Position:
General Laborer Job Summary:
As a General Laborer, you'll support the essential functions of specialty construction services, including: Surface preparation Detail sealants Fluid and sheet-applied membranes Cladding attachment systems Continuous insulation Various metal panel cladding systems This role offers hands-on experience in the field, with opportunities to grow in a company that values dedication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support specialty construction installations Operate hand and power tools as required Remove debris and perform site clean-up Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required Ability to operate and drive a vehicle Previous construction is preferred but not required Must be able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and occasionally handle up to 100 lbs Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn OSHA certification is a plus Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors Availability to work evenings and weekends
