  • Guardrail works across the state of Iowa and Nebraska specializing in highway guardrail and commercial fence.
We are looking for full time
FENCE/GUARDRAIL LABORER/DRIVER WITH CDL A
to install and / or remove guardrail, barrier and fence in an efficient manner while maintaining a Safe and Productive attitude. It is crucial to d emonstrate ability to comply with all OSHA and State Safety Regulations. Perform assigned work accurately and quickly while being a team player able to follow verbal directions.
Duties include:
Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors. Remove materials from truck for installation. Install post by preparing hole for installation, loading posts into post drivers, and checking plumb and height of each post. Layout and erect material and hardware necessary for installation. Dismantle and install guardrail and fence as required. Perform all clean-up duties required. Maintain accountability for tools and receipts. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year Highway/Commercial experience HS Diploma/GED Be able to perform strenuous work consistently throughout the day Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly Ability to travel to Ralston to then leave to the job site with the crew Dependable transportation
Benefits:
