Job Description
We are looking for a reliable paint lead / laborer to join our team—someone who takes pride in their work and can contribute to a high-level finished product. What You'll Do Prep surfaces (sanding, masking, caulking, priming) Apply paint, stain, and finishes with attention to detail Assist with interior and exterior painting of custom projects Work alongside crew members to meet project timelines Help ensure quality standards are met on every job What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year painting experience (residential preferred) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and dependability Attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the company Bonus If You Have Experience leading small crews or running jobs Spray experience (airless or fine finish) Experience with high-end custom homes or remodels Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience $24-$30 Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for growth into leadership roles [Health insurance / PTO / other benefits if applicable] Why This Job is Different You'll work on custom homes and detailed remodels We focus on quality over speed Opportunity to grow into a lead role for the right person
