We take pride in our work and value a team-oriented, hardworking environment. Job Summary We are looking for reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of projects, including remodeling, construction, and landscaping. No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks (e.g., framing, demolition, clean-up, etc.) Help with landscaping tasks Load and unload materials and tools Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed) Follow safety guidelines on all job sites Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Requirements Must be able to perform physical labor Punctual and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred (but not required) Experience in construction, remodeling, or landscaping Familiarity with tools and basic construction techniques What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$24/hour depending on experience On-the-job training and opportunities to learn new skills Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Interested?
