Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming outdoor spaces through the installation of stone, brick, pavers, and other hardscape elements. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help bring innovative landscape designs to life while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in various construction disciplines and contribute to visually stunning, durable outdoor environments. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up staging areas, and ensuring safe working conditions. Lay pavers, bricks, stone, and concrete blocks with precision according to blueprints and schematics. Operate power tools such as saws, drills, compactors, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively. Mix and pour concrete for foundations, steps, or retaining walls, ensuring proper finishing techniques are applied. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute design specifications for hardscape projects. Collaborate with team members to install features like retaining walls, patios, walkways, and fire pits using appropriate materials. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and construction machinery in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and performing physically demanding tasks. ( must be able to lift 50+ lbs) Valid Driver License. Clean Driving Record.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
