Excavation Laborer

General Laborer Compensation:

$20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Job Location:

All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

This is a full-time hourly position. Employees are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days which include: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance PTO Accrual Program Supplemental Insurance (Life, Accident, LTD, STD) EAP 401k Plan after 6 months.

Position Summary:

Summit Excavating is hiring full-time laborers for year-round work in the residential construction and excavation industry. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or tied to a specific project. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, be able to work in all weather conditions, and be willing to take on a variety of hands-on tasks. We're looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals who want to grow their career with a family-oriented company that values teamwork and a healthy work-life balance. Applicant must be able to perform the following activities: Lifting and Carrying Items weighing as much as 50 Lbs. Standing and Walking Bending, Stooping, and Kneeling Climbing Pushing and Pulling Shoveling, raking, sweeping, etc. Use power tools Overhead Work Repetitive Motions Weather Exposure Previous expert experience

REQUIERED

in at least one of the following: Trenching and Excavation Pipe Laying Grading using a Laser Operating equipment such as rock trucks and loaders
