• Full-time WP Davis Excavation LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Laborer to join our excavation and site work crews.

We are based in Hampton, New Hampshire and perform commercial, municipal, DOT, and heavy civil construction work throughout New Hampshire and Maine. This position is a good fit for someone with construction, excavation, utility, landscaping, roadwork, concrete, pipe, drainage, or other hands-on labor experience. Prior construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. Role:

As a Construction Laborer, you will support daily field operations on active construction sites. This is outdoor physical work that involves assisting crews, working around heavy equipment, handling materials, using hand tools and small equipment, and helping keep the job site clean, safe, and productive. Candidates must be comfortable working in changing weather conditions and following direction from supervisors, foremen, operators, and other crew members.

Responsibilities:

Assist excavation crews and equipment operators on active job sites Perform general labor, site cleanup, and material handling Load, unload, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment Use hand tools and small equipment as needed Support trenching, grading, pipe work, drainage, site preparation, and utility work Follow directions from supervisors, foremen, and equipment operators Work safely around heavy equipment, trucks, trenches, and active construction operations Show up on time, ready to work, and stay productive throughout the workday

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to reliably commute to job sites throughout New Hampshire and Maine Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, push, and move heavy materials as needed Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew Willingness to follow safety rules and job-site procedures Ability to take direction and communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members

Preferred Experience:

Construction, excavation, site work, utility, landscaping, roadwork, concrete, or similar hands-on labor experience Experience working around heavy equipment Pipe, drainage, grading, trenching, or utility experience OSHA 10, CDL, hoisting license, or equipment experience is a plus but not required

Pay:

$18.00
