Driver Location:
Hooksett, NH McQueen City Landscaping is seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Construction Worker / Driver to join our growing team. We specialize in landscape construction, drainage solutions, planting projects, mulch installations, lawn renovations, patios, walkways, and retaining walls throughout Southern New Hampshire. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants an opportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist with landscape construction and renovation projects Install mulch, loam, plants, and landscape materials Assist with patio, walkway, retaining wall, and drainage installations Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools Drive company trucks to and from job sites Operate landscaping and construction equipment (training available) Maintain clean, organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a team Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Landscaping, construction, excavation, or hardscape experience preferred but not required Pay $22-28 per hour depending on experience Overtime opportunities available Performance-based raises Opportunity for advancement into crew leader and foreman positions Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Typical start time: 7:00 AM If you're dependable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
