We manufacture premium aluminum dock systems and are an authorized EZ Dock distributor, serving residential and commercial waterfronts across New England. We're looking for motivated, reliable people who like working with their hands, being on the water, and taking pride in a job well done. This isn't a seasonal gig. You'll work year-round, busy on the water from March through November, then back at the shop through winter prepping product and supporting fabrication. No layoffs. A Typical Day 6:00

AM:

Report to our Hudson facility, load dock sections, tools, and hardware onto an F-350 rack body with an 18' trailer Drive to residential or commercial waterfront job sites across New England Install, adjust, or remove aluminum and floating dock systems depending on the season Lift and carry heavy dock sections across docks, shorelines, and uneven terrain Interact with property owners, you're the face of FWM on every job Return to the shop, unload, clean up, and prep for tomorrow What You'll Do Assemble, level, and secure aluminum and modular floating dock systems in all weather Use hand tools and problem-solve on-site with mechanical know-how Drive and back an F-350 with an 18' trailer daily (experience preferred, not required, we'll train the right person) Maintain an organized truck and job site Work long days during peak season, with optional Saturday overtime Who We're Looking For We care more about character than credentials.
