This role includes sealcoating, crack filling,asphalt repair, and general labor duties. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced crew environment. Key Responsibilities Apply sealcoat to driveways and parking lots Perform crack filling Prepare surfaces using blowers, brooms, and edging tools Operate sealcoating equipment, spray systems, and hand tools Load and unload materials and equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite Communicate professionally with customers and crew members Qualifications Prior sealcoating, paving, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-time / Seasonal Monday-Saturday availability may be required Early morning start times during peak season Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience On-the-job training provided
