This role offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and are eager to contribute across multiple trades. As an integral part of our crew, you will perform a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from initial framing to finishing touches, all while maintaining a positive and proactive approach. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Perform diverse construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, painting, doors & hardware Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete various construction activities. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Assist with caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and glass or cabinet installation as needed. Fabricate and install custom components such as doors, frames, cabinetry, and hardscape features. Support remodeling projects by performing demolition, restoration, or finishing work with precision. Maintain a clean and organized job site while following all safety protocols diligently. Skills . Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of multiple trades including carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), masonry (concrete forming, stucco), roofing, flooring installation (tile & hardwood), welding, plastering, and glass or cabinet installation. Ability to perform detailed construction inspection and quality assurance checks. Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and protocols. Experience working on diverse projects including residential remodels, commercial builds, restoration jobs or hardscape installations.
