Key Responsibilities:

Follow all company policies and ensure safety procedures are a priority. Prepare and maintain concrete forms for production. Clean, oil, and stack forms and blocks as needed. Assist with material handling and keep our work environment clean. Operate small tools and equipment safely. Support team members and maintain a positive attitude Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus. Strong teamwork skills, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the day. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
