COPY LINK link Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturingpany in Swanzey, NH to hire Manufacturing Associates. These are full-time opportunities for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for stable employment with opportunities to learn new skills and grow their careers. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, assembly, production, farming, material handling, or other physically active work environments. Training is provided for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.25 an hour

Shift Options:
  • 5:00 AM Start
  • 7:00 AM Start

Job Duties:
  • Assist with the production of manufactured products
  • Prepare materials, molds, and equipment for daily production
  • Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Assist with packaging, staging, and production support activities
  • Maintain clean andanized work areas
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Support team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, assembly, production, farming, or labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.25 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
