1st shift Job Description The Construction Laborer supports commercial and industrial construction projects by performing general labor tasks, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining safe, productive job sites. This role is hands‑on, physically demanding, and essential to daily field operations. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor including site preparation, demolition, material handling, and cleanup Assist skilled trades with concrete, masonry, framing, carpentry, and finish work Operate hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, grinders, jackhammers, and concrete saws (as trained) Load, unload, stage, and transport tools, equipment, and construction materials Help set up and break down job sites, including barricades and safety controls Follow foreman instructions, project plans, and daily work assignments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Brunswick, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
