INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

(All requirements must be met) ✔ Operate an independently established cleaning business or work as a self-employed cleaner ✔ Provide cleaning services to multiple clients or the general public ✔ Supply your own cleaning tools, products, and equipment ✔ Maintain active business liability insurance ✔ Have reliable transportation ✔ Control how services are performed using your own methods ✔ Understand and accept 1099 contract work ✔ Have the freedom to accept or decline any project ✔ Are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses

Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings Residential & Rental Property Cleanings Airbnb Turnovers Deep Cleaning Services Commercial Cleaning Projects All work is offered per contract (project-based only) Payment is per project, not hourly No guarantee of ongoing or minimum work
