Demolition Laborer/ Restoration Tech

Position Summary:

As a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO, you will be a vital part of a team dedicated to responding quickly to disasters—fire, water, mold, or storm damage—helping restore homes and businesses to pre-loss condition. You'll be hands-on in the field, providing cleanup and restoration services with professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency service calls and perform mitigation, restoration, and cleanup services including water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and content pack-out/pack-back. Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other specialized equipment. Assess and document damage using SERVPRO software and field tools. Follow SERVPRO processes and industry standards (IICRC) to ensure quality and safety on every job. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, equipment, and job site. Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors throughout the job process. Wear appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some technical training or experience preferred. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing for extended periods, and working in tight spaces or adverse conditions. Must be available for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends, during emergency response situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. IICRC certification(s) a plus (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.); company-paid training and certification available for the right candidate.
