Construction Laborer / Carpenter (Residential Remodeling)

Overview:

Join our growing residential remodeling team and help bring high-quality homes to life. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim, and framing, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking laborer who wants to grow in the carpentry trade. This is a hands-on role working directly with experienced carpenters on real residential projects—not large commercial sites. What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations, including cabinet installs, vanities, and finish work Support carpentry tasks such as framing, blocking, trim, and baseboard installation Help install flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile prep, etc.) Demo existing structures cleanly and efficiently (cabinets, flooring, drywall, etc.) Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on job sites Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Follow direction from lead carpenters and stay productive throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in residential construction or carpentry (preferred but not required) Ability to work hard for a full day and stay productive (not standing around or leaving early) Basic knowledge of tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.) Willingness to learn and improve every day Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus) Experience with cabinet installation Trim carpentry (baseboard, casing, crown) Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile) Drywall repair and patching Light plumbing or electrical experience
