Construction Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and are committed to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of construction labor tasks on active job sites Handle heavy lifting of materials, tools, and equipment throughout the workday Work in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow Operate and assist with power washing of heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment Support skilled trades by preparing job sites, moving materials, and maintaining cleanliness Use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and union standards Assist with demolition, excavation, concrete work, and site cleanup as needed Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently Qualifications Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Pension and retirement plans Paid training and apprenticeship opportunities Overtime and prevailing wage opportunities Job security and career advancement pathways Safe, structured work environment with strong support for worker well‑being About You You thrive in physically demanding environments, take pride in craftsmanship, and show up ready to work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
