Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, working outdoors in various conditions) Punctual and dependable

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily job site operations Digging, trenching, and general site prep Loading and unloading materials and equipment Operating basic tools and equipment (training provided) Supporting skilled crew members as needed Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
