Responsibilities Assist with various construction tasks under the supervision of experienced tradespeople Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Operate basic hand tools and machinery as instructed and with proper training Support the installation of structural elements such as framing, drywall, or flooring Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met Experience No prior experience required; eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential Basic physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Willingness to follow instructions carefully and prioritize safety at all times Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Prior exposure to construction or manual labor environments is a plus but not necessary Certifications such as OSHA safety training are advantageous but can be obtained during onboarding This role provides a supportive environment where you can grow your skills, earn valuable certifications, and build a foundation for a successful career in construction.
