Construction Technician Interior Renovation

What You'll Do As a Construction Technician, you'll work across a variety of interior renovation projects, including: Interior painting (walls, trim, ceilings) with clean, professional finishes Flooring installation and repair — hardwood, LVP, tile, carpet, and more Wallwork including drywall installation, patching, mudding, taping, and finishing General interior renovation tasks across residential and commercial jobsites Reading and following project plans and working alongside senior crew members What We're Looking For Broad hands-on experience in interior renovation (painting, floors, and/or drywall) Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across South Jersey and the Philly/South PA area Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude on the job What We Offer Paid training — we'll help sharpen and expand your skills Real growth opportunities — we're expanding fast and promote from within Competitive pay based on experience A supportive team environment where your work is valued No two days are the same — if you're a hands-on person who takes pride in your craft and wants to grow with a company that's going places, we want to hear from you.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
