Job Description

Construction Helper American Home Solutions (AHS) - Cloudcroft, NM American Home Solutions is looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Helper to join our team. We are a residential construction company based in Cloudcroft performing a variety of work including remodels, drywall, flooring, trim, decks, siding, accessory structures , and general residential construction. This is an entry-level to intermediate position. We are willing to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
What we are looking for:
Reliable and shows up on time Positive attitude and respectful Willing to work hard and learn Able to follow direction and work as part of a team Comfortable lifting materials and working outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 4x4 vehicle preferred due to mountain conditions and jobsite access Job duties may include: Material handling and jobsite setup Cleanup and keeping jobsites organized Assisting skilled laborers and Foreman Loading/unloading materials and tools Basic demolition and construction assistance General support tasks around residential jobsites
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Part-time to start, with opportunity for more hours based on performance and workload.
Pay:
$14/hour to start Opportunity for raises based on reliability, attitude, and performance. We are looking for someone dependable who wants steady work, takes pride in their work, and is willing to grow with the company. Please respond with any relevant experience, work history, and availability.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
