Construction Laborer

Job Overview Aisling Company is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Gallup, NM. This role involves supporting daily operations across various projects, including manual labor, site preparation, and basic maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials Assist with site setup, cleanup, and organization Operate basic tools and equipment safely Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support other team members as needed to complete projects on time Qualifications Previous general labor or construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.25 per hour
