The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that operations run smoothly. The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for assisting with precast concrete finishing, customer service , and other labor-intensive tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including finishing concrete, clean and prepping molds to pour concrete.
• Must be able to assist with customers and help drivers load and unload product.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements
• Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
