Skilled Construction Laborer/Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction and maintenance projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Playground, furniture, bleacher, athletic equipment installation.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL OVERNIGHT/STATEWIDE.

• MUST HAVE PROVEN CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

• Responsibilities
• Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials on job sites.
• Install playground equipment, athletic equipment, outdoor/indoor bleacher installation, scoreboards, furniture installation, canopy installation, etc.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met. Requirements
• Proven experience working in construction is required.
• Must have experience as a construction laborer or in a construction setting.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
• Experience with installation of bleachers/playgrounds, furniture installation, athletic equipment, wall pads, canopy installation.
• Experience with concrete
• Must have a valid drivers license
