Underground Construction Laborer

Pay:

Position Overview Terra Contracting is seeking motivated and dependable Laborers to support underground construction projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work safely in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. We are looking for team players who take pride in quality work, maintain a positive attitude, and are eager to learn new skills. No previous underground construction experience is required. We are willing to train hardworking individuals who are ready to grow with our company. Responsibilities Assist crews with underground construction and infrastructure projects. Perform digging, trenching, grading, site preparation, and cleanup activities. Support equipment operators, foremen, and field personnel on job sites. Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Follow company safety procedures and project requirements. Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule. Perform general labor duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Construction experience. Underground utility or infrastructure experience. OSHA 10 Certification. Experience operating hand tools and power tools. CDL License.
