We are looking for professional wallpaper hangers who want commercial work, consistent volume and a clear path to high-end residential work. We operate on a 4-Level Tier System , allowing you to start where your skills are and promote up as you master specialty materials.

The Tiers & Compensation Piece Work:

All levels paid at $6.00 per yard for standard commercial/volume installs. Level 2 (Pro): $36/hr for custom work. Competent in standard vinyls and non-wovens. Level 3 (Lead): $54/hr for custom work. Capable of leading a small team and managing complex pattern matches. Level 4 (Master): $72/hr for custom work. Elite installers for high-end residential (silks, hand-painted murals, grasscloth) with zero-defect finishes and expert communication. Mandatory Requirements To keep our quality standards high, all applicants must meet these baseline requirements:

The Machine:

You must own and operate a professional paste machine (Tapo-Fix or equivalent).

The Experience:

Proven professional experience in wallcoverings. We are not looking for handymen, painters, or window tinting installers.

The Gear:

Full set of professional hand tools, reliable transportation, and ladders. Ability to transport scaffolding is a plus.
