Job Description

Peak Mechanical Construction | Northern Nevada (Reno Area) Full-Time | Project-Based $35/hour + Fringe Benefits Peak Mechanical Construction is seeking a hardworking Construction Laborer / Pipe Tradesman to join our team for a long-term project in the Reno area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants steady work with a reputable mechanical contractor. Experience in plumbing, piping, HVAC, or mechanical construction is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Assist with installation of mechanical piping systems Support journeymen and foremen with material handling, layout, and installation Cut, prep, and assemble piping materials Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Assist with demolition, rigging, and general construction tasks as needed Follow all company safety procedures and site requirements Preferred Experience Construction labor experience required Pipe trades / plumbing / HVAC experience strongly preferred Experience with mechanical construction projects a plus Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand/power tools Experience working on commercial jobsites preferred Requirements Must pass pre-employment drug screening Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required) Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active construction environments Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $35/hour Fringe benefits Full-time hours Approximate project duration: 12+ months Opportunity for continued employment based on performance and future workload Peak Mechanical Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
