Job Description

J&J Renovation is looking to add reliable, hardworking people to our team.
We are currently hiring for:
1. Skilled Carpenter / Job Site LeadLooking for someone with solid construction experience who can help run a job site, stay organized, work independently, and lead daily tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Framing, trim, siding, decking, roofing, remodeling, and general construction tasks Reading scope of work and keeping the job moving Leading helpers/laborers on site Maintaining quality workmanship and a clean job site Communicating with the owner/team when materials or changes are needed
Requirements:
Construction/remodeling history required Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to work drug/alcohol-free on the job site Must have basic tools and knowledge of job-site safety Ability to lead and problem-solve is a plus 2. General Laborer / Material HelperLooking for a dependable laborer to help with materials, job-site cleanup, demo, loading/unloading, and assisting carpenters.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying and organizing materials Job-site cleanup Demo work Assisting with framing, siding, decks, roofing, concrete, and remodeling work Following directions and staying productive throughout the day
Requirements:
Some construction experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and willing to work Must be able to lift materials and work outdoors Must show up drug/alcohol-free and ready to work
Attendance Bonus:
After 90 days, employees are eligible for a $250 bonus for perfect attendance.
