As a Construction Laborer, you will be hands-on in supporting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and effectively to support various construction activities. Perform heavy lifting tasks, including moving materials, equipment, and supplies around the site. Support carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, and roofing installations. Aid in masonry work like tile laying, stucco application, and stonework restoration projects. Conduct site cleanup, organize materials, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with experience operating power tools and heavy equipment. Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (frame and trim), masonry, roofing, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and metal stud framing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long workdays. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards and teamwork.
