Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge. As a Construction Laborer, you'll be at the forefront of construction activities, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute directly to high-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and effectively on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate execution of tasks Perform heavy lifting and manual labor for material movement, site cleanup, and preparation activities Support masonry, stucco, drywall, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing tasks as needed Conduct demolition, restoration work, and renovation activities with attention to safety standards Assist with framing carpentry, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, caulking, plastering, and other finishing tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with various trades and tools Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment operation and maintenance Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and concrete forming techniques Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely; welding experience is a plus Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including cranes or forklifts is desirable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform strenuous manual labor consistently Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs Strong teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills and safety awareness Embark on an exciting career path where your hard work builds communities! Pay:
$25.24 - $30.39 per hour
