Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and roofing, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and safety. No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right individual. This role involves working on new home construction, performing tasks that contribute to the setup of modular homes and installation of roofs. You will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for roofing tasks. Perform frame carpentry tasks. Install shingles roofing on modular homes. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. Qualifications Proven experience in related construction fields or roofing is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing applications. Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
